proper fairy liquid put a little on the grease stain and leave over night then wash as usual or another way is a brown paper bag ironed on grease mark should lift the grease onto the bag

cornstarch on the stain for a few hours - the grease soaks into the powder, then shake off and wash.

if you can find it, lestoil is amazing. sometimes the grocery store has it with the cleaning/dishwasing products. use an old toothbrush to work it into the stain and then launder as usual. unfortunately the stuff really stinks so you may have to do an extra washing to get the smell out.
