removal of soapy stains from inner clear plastic shower curtain

even washing separately in machine it never seems to remove soap scum on clear inner plastic shower curtain. any suggestions please?

i have found that soaking in the laundry tub or bath tub in bleach will clear a lot of the scum away, then scrubbing when wet should get the last of it.

once the shower curtain is back up, spraying regularly with windex or some other brand shower spray should keep the scum at bay.
